My wedding flowers consultation and booking process is very straightforward. Firstly I do require you to fill in my booking enquiry form and click send this gives me vital information immediately such as your date and venue.

I will then arrange a phone consultation to discuss your requirements such as desired colours and overall style you are looking to create and quantities of arrangements, this phone takes up to 45 minutes so prepare with as much information as you can.

I will then prepare and email you your bespoke quotation within 14 days.

At this point on receiving your quotation you may have some questions to ask  by email and I’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Once you confirm your intention to book my services as your wedding florist I will send you my booking terms and conditions for you to fill in and return along with your service retainer fee.

When your wedding is a summer or autumn date I will be in touch 3 months before your wedding to arrange a visit to my flower farm however this is not always possible especially in winter months. I will arrange a final consultation over the phone to run through any amendments to the original details, once any final amendments are agreed, a formal invoice will be sent to you for final settlement to be paid 4 weeks before your date.

All payments are by bacs or by card link which will be on your invoice.
